JOMI is looking for a business lead to grow the project from $1MM to $10MM in
the next 12-18 months.
This individual should have a strong foundation and undestanding of
sales/marketing in context of surgical education (medical schools, surgical
residencies, surgical tech, hospitals, etc.). Ideally, you have some
experience with surgery, worked in publishing or medical device, and
understand how to organize business development in our market.
The interview process will consist of:
1. A few simple test questions (please don't use AI to answer).
2. A test task that should take no longer than 2 hours to complete.
3. A paid trial period.
If interested, please answer the following question:
1. Who are the target markets for JOMI?
2. Who would get the most value out of JOMI?
3. Give rough TAM estimates and how you would build out pipelines.
