Manager, Analytics Engineering
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Analytics
Engineering team. This team is responsible for facilitating data integration
and providing high-quality normalized data to the organization at large. This
is a manager role with direct reports as well as getting their hands dirty,
driving forward progress. A strong understanding of business analytics and
analysis is required.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy:
Own the strategic roadmap for the Analytics Engineering team, lead, mentor,
and manage a team of 2 Analytics Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement and professional growth.
Operate a highly responsive service-oriented team
Data Integration:
Oversee integration of data from various sources, including our internal
platform, Stripe, NetSuite, Maxio, SFDC, ZoomInfo, Outreach, HubSpot, and
Chorus.
Create usable datasets:
Build high-quality output datasets usable broadly
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience working directly with an analyst
function to solve business problems. Managerial experience. This is not a
first-time manager position. Demonstrated ability to convert data into answers
to business questions, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to
balance strategic vision with practical implementations
