**Position Purpose:**

**Key Duties:**
Design and execute machine learning frameworks to enhance the accuracy of ad
campaigns, bidding methodologies, and user-centric customizations.
Delve into extensive data sources, employing statistical and machine learning
methodologies to detect patterns, identify outliers, and pinpoint untapped
opportunities.
Construct and launch high-efficiency machine learning processes that
standardize automated data adaptation, feature derivation, and model
deployments.
Compile exhaustive documents and disseminate knowledge to a varied group of
stakeholders.
Stay abreast of the latest breakthroughs in data analytics, machine learning,
and the advertising technology sector to continuously identify potential
arenas for innovation and enhancement.
**Necessary Expertise:**
A track record of leading initiatives in high-capacity, data-centric
advertising environments.
Adeptness in coding, especially in languages like Python or R.
Deep-seated understanding of machine learning paradigms, encompassing aspects
like supervised and unsupervised learning, feature synthesis, model scrutiny,
and adjustments.
Prior experience with real-time data parsing, ongoing data fluxes, and event-
responsive architectures would be a distinct advantage.
A robust problem-solving orientation complemented by agility in dynamic,
collaborative scenarios.
Exceptional communicative acumen, especially when translating intricate
technical lexicon into layman-friendly narratives.
