**Title** : Part-Time B2B Paid Ads Manager for SMBs
**Location** : Remote, USA
**Hourly Rate** : $35 - $75
**Availability** : 10-20 hours weekly with potential and flexibility to scale
up as needed

**Position Overview** :
We are seeking a talented and experienced Paid Advertising Manager to join our
team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our
paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn,
Google Ads, Facebook, and programmatic channels for SMB companies (generally
$5M - $500M in annual revenue). You will work closely with our marketing,
content, and analytics teams to ensure the successful execution of our paid
advertising strategy, driving high-quality leads and maximizing ROI for our
clients.

**Key Responsibilities** :
**Campaign Management** : Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns
across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, and programmatic platforms.
**Targeting and Audience Segmentation** : Develop and implement advanced
targeting strategies to reach high-value accounts and key decision-makers
within our ICP.
**Content and Creative Development** : Collaborate with the creative and
content teams to develop compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages
tailored to each persona.
**Performance Monitoring** : Continuously monitor campaign performance,
analyzing key metrics such as impressions, CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and
ROI.
**Optimization** : Implement A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience
refinement to optimize campaign performance and achieve maximum ROI.
**Reporting and Analysis** : Create comprehensive monthly performance reports
and conduct quarterly strategic reviews to evaluate overall campaign success
and identify areas for improvement.
**Retargeting and Nurturing** : Develop and manage remarketing campaigns to
re-engage visitors and nurture leads through personalized content and offers.
**Budget Management** : Efficiently manage advertising budgets, reallocating
funds towards high-performing campaigns and channels.
**Platform Expertise** : Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations
in digital advertising, leveraging new ad formats and strategies to maintain
cutting-edge campaigns.
**Team Collaboration** : Work closely with the marketing, content, analytics,
and sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all campaign
elements.

**Requirements** :
**Experience** : Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid advertising, with a
strong focus on B2B marketing.
**Platform Expertise** : Proven experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn,
Google Ads, Facebook, and programmatic platforms.
**Analytical Skills** : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret
data and provide actionable insights.
**Technical Proficiency** : Proficiency in using advertising and analytics
tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and
programmatic platforms.
Performance Optimization: Demonstrated experience in optimizing campaigns
through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience segmentation.
**Content Collaboration** : Ability to collaborate effectively with creative
and content teams to develop engaging ad copy and visuals.
**Reporting Skills** : Experience in creating detailed performance reports and
conducting strategic reviews.
**Budget Management** : Strong budget management skills with a focus on
maximizing ROI.
**Communication** : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with
the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
**Self-Motivated** : Highly self-motivated with the ability to work
independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
**Team Player** : A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a
willingness to share knowledge and insights.

**Preferred Qualifications** :
**Education** : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a
related field.
**Certifications** : Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing Solutions
certifications are a plus.
**Programmatic Expertise** : In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising
and experience with leading programmatic platforms.
**Holistic Approach** : A holistic understanding of digital marketing
strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and ABM.
