software engineers and work closely with Product Managers; Designers;
Software, UI, Quality and DevOps engineers; and other Engineering Managers to

The Opportunity
* Lead, mentor, and inspire your engineering team to continuously ship highly reliable software.
* Coordinate with technical team members to manage risks and deliver team commitments on time.
* Partner with Product Management to ensure your teams have clear tactical and strategic backlogs.
* Balance competing priorities to ensure we effectively ship new features while resolving defects and managing technical debt.
* Recruit, develop, and motivate multiple high-performing diverse teams of engineers.
* Use data to objectively measure impact and optimize engineering processes.
Who you are
* You’re an experienced engineering manager who understands that in the world of cloud-based services, building software only gets you to the starting line. Shipping, operating, and supporting those services is the race.
* You have more than a few years of experience in a fast-paced development environment and are passionate about team building and attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining talented engineers.
Skills and Qualifications
* Min 3 years in an Engineering Management role delivering a SaaS product.
* Min 3 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer.
* Excellent teamwork and coordination skills with the ability to drive consensus and create clarity from ambiguity.
* Deep knowledge of agile processes and workflows.
* Experience in building cloud native solutions using Azure, AWS, or another cloud provider.
* BS in Computer Science or related technical field. MBA or other relevant master’s degree preferred.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between
$175,000 and $215,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on
multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market
location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total
compensation package for this position may also include other incentive
compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or
commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to
