**Role Overview:**
We’re looking for a talented, ambious technical lead to join our leadership
team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company and
drive our technical vision and strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the technical development and strategic direction of our platform.
* Oversee and enhance the current infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
* Collaborate closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
* Drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends, integrating cutting-edge solutions.
* Build and mentor a high-performing tech team as we scale.
