RUN! is a next generation website building platform created expressly for
Democratic and progressive campaigns and organizations. We are approximately
1.5 years into a successful launch, and are looking to elevate our engineering
team for the high stakes 2024 election season.

**Who you are**
* Full stack engineer who’s well-versed in Typescript and React
* 10+ years of professional experience in building and maintaining web applications
* Strong systems thinker who can see the big picture and plan accordingly
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and can communicate ideas to others clearly
* Cares greatly about code quality, testing, and thorough documentation
* Can multi-task planning engineering projects, building features directly, and managing other engineers
* Able to move quickly and thoroughly, keeping up with the pace of a startup without breaking a sweat
* Comfortable holding responsibility for the health of our systems
* Is inspired by our mission of working towards a more progressive and democratic world, and this year, helping save democracy from Trump and the Republican Party
**Our stack**
The Run platform is a fully custom React application employing a variety of
external services and frameworks: Vercel, Next.js, Auth0, Supabase, Stripe,
Axiom, Material UI, Typescript, and more.
**Culture**
We are a close-knit, high impact team and this role is a good fit for someone
who enjoys achieving epic feats with limited resources.
We work out of a beautiful and social shared workspace in Brooklyn, New York.
And while we’d prefer that you join us in person or hybrid, we are open to
remote.
We offer all of our employees 4 weeks paid vacation the first year, and 6
weeks paid vacation in subsequent years.
