**Job Description:** We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to spearhead the
development and integration of a fully speaking AI system designed to provide
comprehensive mental health support. This role involves overseeing the entire
AI development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, and ensuring
that our AI solutions are effective, ethical, and user-centric.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Project Leadership:**
-Lead the AI development team, managing the entire project lifecycle from planning to deployment and maintenance.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, mental health professionals, and UX/UI designers.
-Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to budget constraints.
**Technical Oversight:**
-Develop and refine AI models, focusing on natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and speech recognition/synthesis.
-Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and voice technologies, incorporating them into the project.
-Ensure the technical robustness, scalability, and performance of AI solutions.
**Collaboration and Communication:**
-Serve as the primary liaison between the technical team, healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
-Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to the executive team and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**
**Educational Background:**
-Ph.D. or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
**Technical Expertise:**
-Extensive experience in AI development, particularly in NLP, machine learning, and voice recognition/synthesis technologies.
-Proficiency with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
-Hands-on experience with voice AI technologies like Google Speech-to-Text, Amazon Polly, and IBM Watson Text-to-Speech.
**Industry Experience:**
-Experience in the healthcare or mental health sector is highly desirable.
