Your Role:
Leadr is looking for an experienced and startup-ready Senior Software Engineer
with a React focus to contribute to product improvements, exciting new
features, and technical improvements.
Responsibilities:
* Contribute to our web client (React + Typescript) as a senior member of a stable and tenured team
* Coordinate with backend-focused Node and C# developers or own smaller features full-stack
* Participate in mentorship and code review opportunities around the team to advance our codebase and help set best practices
* Help break down large feature work into smaller chunks for estimation and planning purposes
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of professional web development experience
* Preferred: B2B SaaS experience
* Highly proficient with React + Typescript in production. React 16.8+ (hook-based functional component) experience is critical.
* Preferred, not required: Production backend experience in Typescript and/or C#
