### Key Accountabilities
**✍️ What will I work on?**
* Lead development of our iOS Apps
* Mostly hands-on coding work, with 20% management work
* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
* Collaborate with the product team to define, design, and ship new features
* Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
* Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
### Requirements
### **🤹 What skills are required?**
* Expertise in Swift & Swift UI, good knowledge of ObjC
* 5+ years experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, UIKit etc.
* Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
* Familiarity with RESTful API's to connect iOS applications to back-end services
* Experience implementing automated testing for iOS
* Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
* Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
* A knack for benchmarking and optimization
* Management of 1-3 iOS developers
### Nice to Have
* experience working at a fast environment that does a lot of A/B testing
* experience working with Social apps
* experience using dating apps
* experience working with existing code base of +5 years
* experience working at startups
* experience with android development
