You're an experienced Lead Full-Stack Developer with a burning passion for

**Primary Role and Responsibilities:**
* Ability to autonomously own and project manage large features in an iterative/agile environment
* Demonstrate strong technical and project leadership of a small team of remote-first engineers
* Role-model traits of strong ownership, drive, collaboration, accountability and craftsmanship
* Provide experience-based insights and recommendations in building reliable, maintainable, scalable, performant, cloud-based web applications
* Be hands-on with the team in producing code, performing code reviews, reviewing designs and evolving the platform
* Support and maintain a strong culture of reliable delivery and quality code
* Interact with a wide variety of cross-functional collaborators to understand the business, define features, and align on engineering expectations
* Foster a strong culture of lean-thinking (build, learn, iterate), iterative delivery, data-driven decision-making and transparent communication
* Play a central role in helping the company make the right tradeoffs in feature delivery
**Technical Skills Required:**
* High-skill in C# and the Azure platform backend : Azure DevOps, CosmosDB, .NET & .NET Core, Serverless, SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures
* Production-level experience with modern, scalable, web-app patterns, principles and open-source frameworks
* Ability to flex with moderate skill level into modern web app React front-end development
* Confidence in use and design of REST APIs
* Confidence with MediatR SDK or CQRS/Mediator patterns
* Understand the importance of CI/CD to building quality code and delivering confidently at speed, and supporting the pragmatic creation of automated tests
**Education & Experience:**
* 8+ years experience with in modern, cloud-based, open-source web application development
* 5+ years in startup environments building B2B/B2C web applications
* 4+ years of experience leading small teams of engineers (4+ people) through large feature development for modern web applications in production environments
