**Okareo - GenAI Platform for LLM Application Development and Delivery**
We are building a platform for developers to accelerate development and safe
deployment of LLM applications to production. We help enterprises to deploy ML
across more of their applications and to faster adopt LLMs, RAG, and broader
NLP technology. We do this as an inherent part of SDLC and closely integrated
into CI/CD tooling.
**About the Role**
Have you been fascinated by LLMs and want to help other developers build LLM
applications? Do you want to be one of the early engineers to shape an AI-
powered product and have your fingerprints on company direction? Do you love
building for other developers and have opinions about where software
development is headed? Then we should talk.
**Responsibilities**
* Build an AI-powered platform that redefines software development. You will work with ML and backend engineers and designers to translate complex AI concepts into intuitive and beautiful product experiences.
* Lead development of the user interface that developers will use daily to define, build and deploy LLM based applications.
* Be the go-to person in the company for what defines a performant, easy to use and maintainable frontend platform.
* As a member of the founding team, collaborate closely to help define the product and the next generation developer experience.
* Lead the design and component system strategy with the goal of making it easy to implement capabilities in the Okareo frontend
**Minimum Requirements**
* At least 8 years of writing web app frontends, with a strong focus on user experience and design
* 5+ years of experience working within large, well-maintained codebases
* Deep understanding of Typescript, Javascript CSS, HTML, and modern frontend design patterns and best practices.
* At least 3 years of experience with React, Next.js, Node and proficiency in other JS frameworks and libraries.
* At least 3 years of experience with design and component systems
* You know your way around a REST API server
* Experience publishing libraries to NPM or similar is a significant plus
* Experience as a designer and making design decisions is a significant plus
* Experience mentoring other engineers is a plus
* BS in Computer Science or a related field
