### Lead Enterprise Sales Manager

**Company Overview** : Haddy is a Florida-based 3D printing furniture company
with a national reach, dedicated to creating sustainable, durable, and
customizable furniture. As a disruptor in the furniture industry, we are
redefining how furniture is made and sold, combining innovation with
environmental responsibility.

**Role Summary** : We are seeking a highly motivated, humble, empathetic,
mature and creative Sales Manager to join our fast-paced startup. In this
role, you will drive new business growth by proactively reaching out to
potential customers, managing our sales pipeline with precision, and providing
exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey. You will play a key
role in expanding our market presence and contributing to the success of a
company committed to sustainability and innovation. This role is deeply
collaborative with the CMO and CFO, and reports directly to the CEO.

**Key Responsibilities** : As a Sales Representative at Haddy, you will
identify and engage with prospective customers, establishing and nurturing
relationships with key decision-makers. You will meticulously organize and
manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions. Your
customer-centric approach will be vital as you respond to inquiries, guide
customers through the sales process, and deliver tailored solutions.
Collaborating closely with our marketing and product teams, you will help
execute effective sales strategies and provide valuable insights to shape our
offerings. Regular and rigorous reporting on sales pipeline, channel partners,
forward looking projections.

**Qualifications** : The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
sales, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment. Sensitivity to
fashion, art, architecture, and design is a place. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently
and within a team. A passion for sustainability and innovative products is
highly valued.
