**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Web3 Generalist to join our
team at VoyceMe. As a Web3 Generalist with a focus on Business Development
(BD) and Growth, you will play a pivotal role in the development and
implementation of our Web3 initiatives. This role encompasses various aspects
of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens
(NFTs), and smart contracts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who
is passionate about Web3, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to
contribute to groundbreaking projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Ecosystem Development:
* _Partner with the GM and Business Development team to execute a launch partner approach_
* _Develop, execute and manage an ecosystem partnerships program in line with our Web3 strategy_
Product Marketing:
* _Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define and communicate our Web3 value propositions._
* _Drive go-to-market strategies for Web3 products and initiatives._
* _Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure our offerings are competitive and innovative._
Marketing and Community Growth:
* _Formulate and execute community growth initiatives in collaboration with marketing and community teams._
* _Develop and nurture relationships with key influencers, partners, and stakeholders in the Web3 space._
Sales and Investor Relations:
* _Support sales efforts by identifying and targeting potential clients and partners._
* _Assist in managing investor relations and communication, providing updates on Web3 initiatives and progress._
* _Develop and maintain pitch materials and presentations for potential investors and partners._
Legal and Administrative Support:
* _Work with legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in the blockchain space._
* _Provide administrative support for partnership agreements, contracts, and other documentation._
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Proven experience in business development, growth, or marketing roles within the blockchain/Web3 space.
* Familiarity with DeFi protocols, NFT standards, and blockchain technologies.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for Web3 and a desire to be at the forefront of technological innovation.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with multiple blockchain platforms and protocols.
* Active participation in Web3 communities and open-source projects.
* Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in the blockchain space.
* Familiarity with decentralized storage solutions like IPFS or Arweave.
* Experience with Web3 development tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, or Metamask.
