We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning expert with a strong background in
feature encoding, infrastructure setup, model training, and model deployment
in production. Your insights will play a pivotal role in shaping a
groundbreaking algorithm that utilizes data points from audio/video
recordings, text transcriptions, and user feedback to accurately match users
based on compatibility.
You will help us:
* Apply best practices for feature encoding, especially related to data from audio/video analyses, text transcriptions, and user labeling.
* Guide the team on and assist with infrastructure setup to ensure smooth model training and deployment.
* Oversee the model training process to achieve optimal matching accuracy.
* Work with the team on integrating the trained model in production for generating compatibility probability metrics for users.
* Collaborate with our team to continuously improve and refine the algorithm based on user feedback and other key data metrics.
We’re interested in candidates with:
* Degree in Computer Science, Advanced Statistics, or Artificial Intelligence from a recognized institution renowned for its academic excellence in these fields.
* Solid experience in machine learning, especially in relation to recommendation and matching algorithms.
* Hands-on experience with feature encoding techniques, infrastructure setups, model training, and deployment.
* Proficiency with ML frameworks and tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
