Our history and achievements in a nutshell.
* Back in 2016, Prisma was introduced to the world. Its AI style transfer won awards and allowed users to turn photos into art masterpieces. Can you imagine?
* Fast-forward to 2018, and our team introduced Lensa, a fully-fledged photo editor with a whole lotta AI power. One-tap edits, tons of photo processing options, and filters caught the attention of over 15 million people that download our app.
* The year is 2022, and Lensa is evolving yet again. This time, we're going BIG. Meet new Lensa, the ultimate creative tool. Featuring photo and video editing, art tools, and so much more.

**What you will do:**
* Deliver legal advice and support across multiple business areas (using external local advisors where necessary)
* Draft and negotiate various contracts & corporate documents with partners and vendors (typically under the CY, UK, and US law)
* Develop model agreements & templates
* Ensure brand protection, draft cease & desist letters to the IP infringers, file DMCA claims, procure trademarks registration, draft internal acceptance certificates for IP transfer to the headquarters
* Draft and amend data protection policies, cooperate with the teams on the implementation of data protection requirements
* Review the app, its current and future features from a privacy and compliance perspective, review subscription matters (including refund rules in different jurisdictions), app endorsement matters, and eliminate the use of “dark patterns” within the app
* Work on legal job automation
**What drives success in this role:**
* LLM Degree from a top EU university (qualified under local Bar Association is a plus)
* 3-5 years of legal experience in corporate, contract and compliance work and with privacy matters (under EU, UK, US law) in an international or local law firm, technology, holding or investment company.
* Excellent communication skills & being comfortable in an international environment
* Ability to build processes and influence cross-functionally
* Excellent drafting skills (you’ll make sure that your advice is accurate, readily understandable to non-lawyers, and remains commercial while minimising legal risks)
* Digital literacy, excellent knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, experience with task managers (we use Jira & Notion)
* Ability to deliver maximal impact in a short amount of time and see the big picture
**Job requirements**
* Education from a top university (LLM as an advantage)
* Good understanding of Polish corporate law. Understanding of English law and international experience as an advantage
* 6+ years of experience as a corporate lawyer in an international or local law firm, technology, holding or investment company
