**We would love it if you:**
* Have an undergraduate or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, engineering, statistics, or similar) or construction management
* 2+ years of work experience involving quantitative data analysis and complex problem solving (prioritizing candidates with experience within the construction industry)
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, along with experience with Quicksight, PowerBI, Tableau, Jupyter Notebook or data visualization and exploration tools.
* Experience working with APIs to ingest data from construction systems
* Excited about disrupting the construction industry with technology
* Fast learner or have a deep understanding of technology systems in the construction industry
* Love working with data to uncover patterns and insights
* Have great interpersonal and communication skills and are a great listener

**What you 'll be doing:**
* Spend time understanding data structures for different construction systems or public data sources
* Identify and pitch the team on potential data sources that would support customers in making decisions
* Document data workflows, data policies, standards, and procedures for customer systems
* Create and update pipeline documentation, including data structures, relationships, and source system information
* Set up customer dashboards, reconfiguring business processes in customer systems or running white board sessions to understand customer’s use of data
* Develop or run advanced descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics using jupyter notebook and Python
* Gather feedback from customers on Gryps current use cases and identify potential use cases
