Network/Desktop Engineer**. Candidate should possess excellent technical

##### **RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Troubleshoot all network and system-related problems.
* Manage and implement simple and complex network changes.
* Protect data and cover network security risks for client environment.
* Analyze and solve complex issues involving multiple teams and make appropriate recommendation.
* Build, configure, install, manage, and monitor networking and IP Telephony infrastructure related hardware and software.
* Troubleshoot printers both label and document in a network and local environment.
* Monitor, analyze, and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
* Connect, operate, and monitor Network Systems to more than 1,000 assets.
* Create and optimize internal network and infrastructure processes.
* Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues in network and PC environments.
* Diagnose and repair PCs and laptops.
* Assist users troubleshooting issues with custom and 3rd party software.
##### **REQUIREMENTS:**
* Knowledgeable in firewall (SonicWALL) technologies within large enterprise network environments across divergent geographic locations.
* Knowledgeable in LDAP, office365, SharePoint, APC power systems, VPN connections, network security, Switch configuration, Routing, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Commvault backups, tape library management, routing, security camera systems, WiFi, Load balancing hardware and network optimization.
* Programming experience a plus, familiarity with the following: SQL Server, C#.net, JavaScript, Python
