**About the job**
We are hiring for a React Developer who is highly profficient with React and
React Native. The primary focus will be on developing user interface
components and implementing them following well-known React workflows and
coordinating with the team working on different layers of the applications.
**You will:**
* Architect, test, and maintain customer facing applications on Web and Mobile App.
* Collaborate with back-end and API developers to enhance the user experience.
* Work closely with the business analysts to understand use cases and user needs.
* Develop responsive products which render in multiple browsers and across multiple devices.
* Produce technical design documentation.
* Mentor the less experienced developers.
**What we need:**
* 2-3 years of solid React experience, to include thorough understanding of React and its core principles and experience with popular React workflows
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
* Developing new user-facing features using React and React Native
* Familiar with the mobile application development lifecycle
* Building **reusable components** and front-end libraries
* Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
* Responsive design and UI/UX best practices
* RESTful API’s integration with frontend
* Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
* Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, TypeScript, etc.
* Experience with unit testing framework such as React-testing-library, Jest, etc
* Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0, WAI-ARIA, Section 508)
* Experience with git branching, merging and deployments
* Experience working in an agile development environment
