**Job Description:**
The company is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Full-
Stack Developer / CTO to join its early-stage startup. In this role, the
selected candidate will have the exciting opportunity to shape and develop the
intimate wellness platform, contributing to a social-impact project that aims
to make a real difference in the lives of women around the world.
**Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to build and enhance the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the platform.
* Execute and develop the Shopify platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly e-commerce experience for the community.
* Manage 3rd party integrations to enhance the functionality and features of the marketplace.
* Communicate effectively with the cross-functional team on technical updates, sharing insights, and addressing any technical challenges.
* Lead the development efforts, ensuring product iterations and updates are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
**Desired Profile:**
The ideal candidate for this role possesses the following qualities and
qualifications:
* * Excitement and eagerness to collaborate and contribute to a social-impact project.
* Proven experience in building complex marketplaces, including expertise in third-party integrations.
* A strong commitment to going all in during the initial build phase, willing to work hard and creatively to achieve the vision.
* Full-stack development expertise, including experience with mobile and React Native development.
* A passion for female empowerment and a deep understanding of user experience (UX/UI).
* Technical leadership skills to guide the development team and drive innovation.
**Additional Skills (Bonus):**
Experience in building community-based platforms.
Familiarity with building and maintaining global e-commerce websites.
