### ✅ What We're Looking For

LegitFit is seeking a motivated, passionate, and experienced sales leader who
is eager to drive our revenue growth and scale our business internationally!
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for architecting and executing
our sales strategy, leading a team of Account Executives and Sales Development
Representatives, and driving our sales initiatives to meet company objectives.
You will collaborate directly with our Senior Leadership Team to shape the
future of our sales organisation.

### 🎯 Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company’s revenue goals and expand into new markets.
* Own and manage sales metrics and KPIs, including lead generation, pipeline development, and conversion rates.
* Understand the market landscape, product positioning, and buyer journey to design effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
* Set, monitor, and report on team goals and performance, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
* Manage and optimize the sales budget to maximize ROI and achieve targets.
* Collaborate with marketing to design and execute lead-generation campaigns and initiatives.
* Build and grow a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and mentoring Account Executives and SDRs.
* Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Monitor competition and market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
* Participate in quarterly and annual planning to align sales objectives with broader company goals.

### 👩🏻‍🎓 Qualifications

* Minimum 7 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing SDR and AE teams.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and building successful sales processes.
* Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, with experience in scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth.
* Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions and optimise sales strategies.
* Experience in developing and executing sales plans, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
* Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
