Head of Studio
Unique opportunity to manage a growing fitness studio and online wellness
technology company. The Studio EMS is a team of experienced fitness and beauty
professionals who are offering private training in home and online to help
people get the most of EMS and new fitness + beauty technologies and be
comfortable using them at home. We have concierge locations in LA, NYC and
Miami but this role will be 80% virtual with a preferred home location
in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
Sales, Strategy & Operations
Manage partnerships with equipment providers
Expand our EMS partner network with B2B sales and partner support
Participate in business strategy work stream and implement strategy
Manage digital tools - Square payment platform portal, CRM tools,
Measure growth and key KPI trends across signups, retention, engagement,
revenue and expenses
Manage business operations and work with accountant to ensure everything is
reported accurately on time
Marketing
Create visually compelling new assets for campaigns following Brand Guide
Plan and execute marketing campaigns in alignment with business strategy for
cohesive and measurable results
Understand core audience motivators and identify opportunities to increase
conversion and retention
Working with creative and web teams to implement and launch new offerings
Leadership
Manage training staff including hiring and onboarding
Create strong team relationships and build culture with our staff and
membership
Resolve trainer and client issues in real time - working closely with
scheduling and equipment
Qualifications
5+ years marketing, partnerships or operations experience
Expert using Canva, Powerpoint, Excel, Digital Platforms
Experience with Sales, People Management, Graphic Design are preferred.
