Duration Health provides doctor-prescribed medical kits for travel.

Before your trip, you go online and talk with our travel medicine doctors. We
prescribe you medication you might need if you get sick on your trip, like
antibiotics, antinausea, or malaria medication. We package everything into an
all-in-one kit, and ship it to you before your trip. You bring it with you,
that way if you do get sick, you already have everything you need to feel
better.

We’re the medical provider to The North Face Global Athlete Team and we’re
backed by the Co-Founders of GoodRx.

**About the Role**

We're looking for an experienced sales professional to work directly with our
CEO and drive our B2B2C and B2B growth. If you've excelled in large travel
companies selling travel insurance or travel assistance, this is your chance
to leverage that experience at a fast-growing startup.

This is a full-time, salaried position, with eligibility for commission and
bonuses. Compensation is competitive and includes equity, ensuring you benefit
directly from our collective success. This is a hybrid role that includes
remote work, in-office meetings, and travel.

**Responsibilities**

As Head of Sales, you will

* Sell our offering to decision makers at travel agencies, wholesalers, and brokers throughout the United States
* Prospect new clients, and strengthen partnerships with existing clients
* Promote our business through an omnichannel approach, including email, phone, and in-person meetings
* Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
* Attend trade shows and customer association meetings as needed

**Skills & Requirements**

* Minimum 5 years in sales within the travel industry
* Proven sales track record
* Deep understanding of the travel sector
* Established relationships with travel agents and industry connections
* Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent leadership skills
* Tenacious drive and work ethic
* Versatility to adapt and tackle varied roles in pursuit of growth
* NYC-based or ability to work in-person in NYC at least once a month
