**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive
with a proven track record in the travel industry, particularly with hotels
and resorts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market
dynamics in the U.S. and Canada and possess strong connections within the
industry. This is a part-time position with a compensation structure that
includes a base pay at minimum wage plus a lucrative commission on sales.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Business Development:**

* Identify and target potential clients within the hotel and resort sectors in the U.S. and Canada.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* **Sales Strategy:**

* Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
* **Client Engagement:**

* Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
* Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
* **Account Management:**

* Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
* Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
* **Reporting & Analysis:**

* Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
* Analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve results.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in sales and business development within the travel industry, specifically with hotels and resorts.
* Strong network and established relationships with industry contacts in the U.S. and Canada.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, part-time capacity.
* Highly motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
