We are looking for someone looking to change to college recruiting game and be
a foundational member of our sales team.
We are a Start-up with exciting traction and tons of room for growth. We are
looking for someone with a compeditive spirit and someone looking to join us
for the long haul, with the opportunity to lead our entire sales and account
team.
The biggest part of this job is honing our messaging and sales process and
executing on out reach, which is primarily direct outreach, cold emailing, and
cold calling.
Given that we serve college and high school athletics programs and coaches, a
familiarity with the recruiting journey is incredibly helpful, and previous
college athletes or candidated with coaching experience are preferred, but not
required.
*NOTE: This position is comission based up front, with a equity vesting schedule, and additional compensation options also available. We offer GENEROUS comissions on every sale, and retention bonuses. We also have flexible payout options based on your preference.
