We're on the hunt for our first Global Head of Sales to spearhead our sales
endeavors and steer revenue growth for Waitroom. As the Global Head of Sales,
you'll wield significant influence in establishing and executing our sales
strategies, expanding our clientele, and nurturing key relationships. Your
impressive track record in B2B sales, exceptional leadership experience in
establishing the sales function from scratch, and pioneering approach to
navigating a dynamic market will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious
growth targets.

**💡 Responsibilities 💡**

* Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy to propel revenue growth and infiltrate markets with Waitroom's intelligent meeting assistant.
* Identify prime customer segments, industries, and geographic areas, tailoring sales approaches to effectively engage prospects and convert them into long-standing clients.
* Foster and cultivate strategic partnerships, distributor relationships, and alliances to optimize sales prospects and heighten brand visibility.
* Oversee the entire sales process, spanning from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and ongoing relationship management.
* Scrutinize market trends, rival activity, and customer feedback to derive insights that drive product enhancements and business development initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, encompassing marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment and capitalize on market opportunities.
* Instate and uphold appropriate sales forecasts, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to gauge success and steer strategic decision-making.

* Proven track record of successfully scaling a B2B tech startup from $0 to $10 million in ARR.
* Profound understanding of the tech industry, particularly SaaS or AI-driven solutions, coupled with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical decision makers.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, enabling rapport-building and stakeholder influence across all levels.
* Demonstrated proficiency in constructing and guiding high-performing sales teams, propelling outcomes and fostering a culture of collaboration and ambition.
* Capacity for strategic thinking, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making and agile adjustment of sales strategies as circumstances warrant.
* Outcome-oriented, self-motivated, and adept at thriving within a remote work environment.
