**Job Brief**
We are on the lookout for a motivated Head of Sales to the team. This role is
ideal for a driven individual who is passionate about sales and eager to make
a significant impact in the architectural glass industry. If you are someone
who takes work seriously but maintains a light-hearted approach to life,
you'll fit right in with our culture.
You will be joining a founding team, along side an experienced founder and
product manager, so must have ability and desire to work beyond the role
description into operations & customer service.

**Primary Responsibilities**

* Generate new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential customers within the architectural glass industry, with the primary goal of onboarding companies and securing revenue projects, warranty claims, or replacement reports posting on the platform.
* Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and manage follow-up communications to move leads through the sales process.
* Schedule meetings with customers who hold agreed job titles, ensuring a fit with our product offerings.
* Plan and execute the build out the regional sales & customer service team members
* Refine and productise the go-to-market and sales strategy for entering new regional markets

**Compensation**
Commission structure: 35% of revenue generated
Significant equity as part of founding team member
