### About the job

What we are looking for in our Head of Sales who strives to win and build a
team of high performers, and who owns the growth targets. This role creates
the strategy, execution, and overall success of the CloudDefense platform. The
role will implement repeatable sales tactics and structure, as well as partner
with others to achieve all sales metrics.

**What You 'll Do**
Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move a large
number of transactions through the sales pipeline
Coach and mentor and develop the Enterprise Sales team
Hire new members of the Enterprise Sales team
Manage and track customer and transactional information in the CRM system
Provide activity forecasts and regular pipeline reporting through the CRM
system
Execute product demonstrations to prospective clients
Develop accounts of various sizes and grow client relationships
Understand the competitive market, be familiar with competing companies and
their product offerings

**Qualifications**
3+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a track record of
closing complex sales to large enterprise companies
A Closer - consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic
territory
Drive to expand client base and close sales
Excellent communication skills verbal and written, team player
Entrepreneurial - willing to go the extra mile, strong work ethic,
resourceful, "get it done” attitude
Must be willing to travel to clients to support Sales relationships (Post
COVID)
Bachelor's Degree required

**Great If You Have These As Well**
Domain Experience with SAAS, Security, Big Data, Application Development sales
and tools, Database & Cloud based solutions is a big plus
