Remedy is seeking a dynamic and experienced CTO to build our technology team
and drive innovation. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all
aspects of our technology infrastructure, product development, and technical
strategy. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to align
technology initiatives with business objectives and ensure the successful
delivery of our platform.
**Technical Leadership:** Provide strategic leadership and vision for the
company's technological development. Lead the technology team in designing,
developing, and implementing innovative solutions to support our platform's
growth and scalability. As we continue to grow as a company, pivots will take
place and we need someone that can adapt fast.
**Product Development:** Drive the development and enhancement of our
platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and aligns with our
business goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product
roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
**Technology Strategy** : Develop and execute a comprehensive technology
strategy that supports Remedy's long-term vision and objectives. Stay abreast
of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain
a competitive edge.
**Infrastructure and Security** : Oversee the design, implementation, and
maintenance of our technology infrastructure, ensuring scalability,
reliability, and security. Establish and enforce best practices for data
privacy, compliance, and cybersecurity, most of all HIPAA compliancy.
