rare opportunity to join the founding team and shape the product.

**Role Description**
This is a full-time role for the Head of Product Design at Made Technologies.
As Head of Product Design at Made, you'll be responsible for leading the
product design, strategy, and execution to drive growth and innovation. This
role will oversee product design and management and work alongside the
engineering team to ensure the product is built to spec.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Product Design and Strategy: Design, develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and market demands.
* Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design (manage), marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap.
* Product Design: Lead the end-to-end product design process, from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
* User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach to product design and development, focusing on delivering intuitive, seamless, and engaging user experiences.
* Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for product differentiation and innovation.
* Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and metrics to continuously improve and optimize product performance and features.
* Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, investors, and board members.

Qualifications

* 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B products.
* 2+ years of experience in an early-stage startup
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
* Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion, etc.).
* Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and driving positive change through technology.
* eCommerce background and/or interest in the space and market.
