**About the job**

At Go Nimbly, we work with some of the most innovative companies in SaaS,
helping them drive revenue growth through RevOps.

As the Head of Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic
partnerships to support the growth and success of our organization. The ideal
candidate will have a proven track record in partnership management,
forecasting, pipeline management, and team leadership.

**On a given day, our Head of Partnerships will spend time:**

* Owning partnerships and fostering strong relationships while driving mutual value.
* Developing and managing programs to facilitate referrals, ensuring a smooth process and maximizing deal conversion rates.
* Overseeing pipeline management for deals sourced through partnerships.
* Leading partner marketing initiatives including in-person events, and other initiatives to enhance partner engagement and visibility.
* Collaborating with Delivery team to ensure seamless execution into new partnerships.
* Partnering with Director of Marketing on partner marketing strategy and aligning with our revenue team OKRs.

**About you**

* At least five years of proven experience in partnership management, with a focus on building and nurturing strategic alliances.
* Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with experience in forecasting and pipeline management.
* You possess expertise in executing sales strategies within professional services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively at all levels.
* You have a technical interest, a knowledge of SaaS companies, and excellent presentation skills (all three are part of our day-to-day!).
* Serious organization and project management skills.
* A great communicator who builds deep relationships.
* High attention to quality and detail.

The annual base salary for this role is $150,000-$175,000. Salary range may be
adjusted based on geographical location and experience.
