Job Description

Truckbase is looking for an experienced startup operations generalist who will
own post-sale customer relationships end-to-end, implement a playbook for
customer success/support, and contribute to special projects related to
analytics & operations. A successful hire will be a player coach who is
excited about rolling up their sleeves to deliver on outcomes with the ability
to build an operations team when needed.

This hire will have a high level of ownership moving between projects based on
what has the highest impact to the business. Strong candidates will have
interest in becoming a future founder/GM and have prior experience/interest in
freight tech.

**Responsibilities**

Own customer onboarding, customer success, support, account management:

* Build enduring customer relationships with all mid-market customers
* Always willing to go above and beyond to delight our customers. Being a key factor in building "raving fans" and generating referrals
* Accountable for retention and revenue expansion with existing customer base
* Establish scalable onboarding & support processes for small fleets
* Consolidate & distribute a clear “voice of the customer” to internal team
* Willing to travel periodically to meet customers and build relationships

Support with sales & marketing operations special projects:

* Work with product, sales, & marketing to maintain dashboards to create a clear picture of new & existing customers based in data
* Work with Head of Marketing, sales, and CEO on marketing program management related to content, Capterra, ABM, and trade shows
* Partner with CEO & Product on to ensure learnings from existing users are appropriately incorporated into strategic priorities & new product roadmap
* Set a high bar for quality by proactively owning and delivering on outcomes

**Qualifications**

* 5+ years experience in customer facing role, such as customer success or consulting (or similar experience in self-motivated, analytical, strategic role)
* Analytical with the ability to learn/use lightly technical tools when needed
* Detail-oriented, takes significant pride in delivering on outcomes
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and orally
* Excitement for rolling up your sleeves to move the business forward
* Bonus points for experience in or knowledge of freight/trucking industry
