### About the role
We are looking for a **Head of Marketing** to own Paradime's early stage go-
to-market. You were probably either a former founder or someone who has taken
B2B SaaS startups from 0 to π.
You will be responsible for driving 30-40% of Paradime's yearly ARR target
through inbound.
To be able to do that you will figure out:
* How to create awareness about Paradime among >80% of our target audience
* How to convert our target audience into qualified leads

* Have operated in the seed -> series A -> series B journey of B2B technology startups going from 0 -> 1 -> 2
* Are bored with playbooks, interviews, playing nice, how-tos and buzzwords
* Can learn fast and adapt easily to a steep learning curve i.e. you are efficient with your time
* Are not afraid to go all out like there is no tomorrow and nothing to lose
* Have an execution mindset and happy to disrespect traditions if that's the pragmatic thing to do
* Are kind to your team members
