1. Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies, with a focus on integrating in-store, paid social, organic social, and event marketing efforts to deliver a cohesive brand experience.
2. Deep understanding of brand building and storytelling, with a passion for conveying the essence of the Hyer Boots brand.
3. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to drive innovation, creativity, and excellence in marketing campaigns.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and cohesion across all marketing initiatives.
5. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI across all channels.
6. Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
7. Define and manage traditional marketing channels such as in-store & POP branding, print, radio, TV, and outdoor advertising, ensuring integration with digital efforts for maximum impact.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviors to identify new opportunities for growth.
9. Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve strategic objectives.
10. Define, monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
11. Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
