Investor Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for the investment community (investors,
analysts, exchange representatives, etc.), maintain a database of
interactions, and convey sentiments and feedback to management.
• Coordinate and participate in investor conferences, non-deal roadshows,
analyst/investor days, and 1-1 meetings, including broker conferences.
• Partner with legal and corporate communications to ensure all external
communications are accurate, consistent with corporate messaging, and aligned
with securities regulations, ensuring timely information to the exchanges.
• Develop investor communications, including corporate presentation decks,
earnings releases, earnings and other conference call scripts, management
Q&As, content for the investor tab of the corporate website, and the Annual
Report, among other materials.
• Prepare the Executive Leadership Team for investor meetings, roadshows,
earnings calls, etc.
Track and analyze the shareholder base and investment trends for the company,
its peers, and its competitors to inform investor targeting strategy and
monitor the impact of the strategy over time.
Minimum: 5 years of experience in reputed global VC firm
