### **The Opportunity**

* Work directly with the CEO to develop and implement a dynamic go-to-market strategy that accelerates customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion.
* Identify and target new customer segments, channels and markets to increase the company’s customer base.
* Use data analytics and customer insights to make informed decisions, optimize strategies, and measure the success of GTM initiatives.
* Collaborate with product and marketing teams to launch and promote new products or features that support the company’s GTM goals.
* Define and track KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of GTM strategies and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
* Establish and nurture strategic partnerships that can accelerate growth and expand the company’s reach.
* Continuously experiment with new growth tactics, channels, and technologies and research industry trends to be at the forefront of growth innovation.
* With proven success, opportunity to lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded consistently.

### **Our Ideal Candidate Will Have**

**8+ years of growth experience.** You have experience in marketing and sales
in technology or an adjacent industry with a proven track record of driving
efficient revenue growth. You have a strong understanding of both consumer and
B2B business models and funnels.

**Early-stage leadership experience.** You’ve been responsible for growth in
an early stage company and have worked cross-functionally with multiple
stakeholders. You’ve hired and led highly effective teams in the past.

**Data-driven and process-oriented.** You have the analytical skills to manage
projects independently end to end. You love making recommendations by digging
into the numbers and iterating on the process based on the data that you're
seeing.

**Creative thinker.** You are comfortable thinking outside of the box and
coming up with unique ideas to grow our customer base.

**Self-starter and owner mentality.** You have an experimentation mindset and
have a strong bias for action. You can operate well in an ambiguous
environment where change is commonplace.

**Empathetic communicator.** At the end of the day, The Grand exists to help
people feel less alone and more seen. You are a strong listener and
collaborate well with different stakeholders. You gather inputs and feedback
to help you reach an optimal decision. You can synthesize information and tell
a compelling story.
