**| about |**
_People who lose their housing face a vicious cycle of financial and social
poverty, creating lasting barriers that can cut life expectancy by 20+ years._
[Samaritan](https://samaritan.city) is a support platform that empowers people
without a home to reach housing and life goals. Health and human services
deploy Samaritan to provide hope to homeless populations, engaging them into
the community support needed to find a home.
[More than 1,000 people](https://samaritan.city/impact) have used Samaritan to
measurably improve their access to care, critical utilities, and housing.
After proving our first large pilots, we’re excited to bring on a Head of
Growth to help us reach thousands more individuals who don’t have a home right
now. The role is a unique opportunity to join a senior leadership team of a
fast-growing startup that's taking on one of the toughest challenges in US
health & human services today.
As a Head of Growth (senior-level candidate) or Growth Lead (mid-level
candidate), you'll help create committed champions at health and/or human
service organizations. You'll enable them to take a clear, compelling message
to their teams to deploy Samaritan for people without a home whom they serve.
