OneScreen AI is looking for a hands-on leader to own key business functions
and go-to-market operations that help us organize, execute, and grow. You will
work closely with our CEO on everything from financial management and
strategic planning, to special projects and day-to-day operations. This is a
key role that impacts all areas of the business. You will have the ability to
directly impact and improve decisions and processes, and your work will
increase the speed and efficiency of execution throughout the company.
* _What you 'll do: *_
* Own finance and the end-to-end accounting and book closing process, including AR/AP activity, revenue/expense categorization, balance sheet accruals/deferrals, etc.
* Assist with HR operations.
* Build and own financial models that guide operational decision-making for the company
* Leverage strategic analysis to uncover optimization and growth opportunities, and own end-to-end execution
* Partner with functional leads on revenue and operational KPIs to monitor business performance and drivers around margin, pricing, acquisition, retention, and customer segmentation
* Partner with the CEO on special projects and strategic growth initiatives
* Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product and engineering to drive implementation of high priority projects
**Who you are:**
* You have 5 plus years experience in consulting, investment banking, public accounting, investing and/or startup operations
* You are highly analytical and data-driven
* You are adept at making decisions with incomplete information based on both quantitative and qualitative inputs
* You are a superb executor with a proven track record implementing strategic projects from start to finish
* You are highly entrepreneurial and thrive in an unpredictable, fast-paced work environment with minimal guidance
* You love rolling up your sleeves and building things from scratch
* You take your work seriously but don’t take yourself too seriously. While technically a job, this shouldn’t feel like work because you're inspired by the mission and energized by the challenge

* You have been an instrumental player growing an early-stage startup
