We're seeking a dynamic individual to join us as our Head of Engineering for
AI-Driven Construction Technologies development. This role is at the heart of
our vision to merge the seasoned expertise of the industry's labor force with
cutting-edge AI, ultimately improving both the quality of construction and the
efficiency, proficiency and job satisfaction of those who build our physical
future.
Responsibilities:
As our Head of Engineering for our AI-Driven Construction Tech, your role will
be pivotal in:
Leading the development and market introduction of AI tools tailored for the
construction industry.
Coordinating cross-functional teams across product development, marketing,
sales, and customer support.
Overseeing project timelines, documentation, and budgets, ensuring successful
product launches.
Staying attuned to market trends and customer feedback to refine our product
strategies.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a
related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software project management,
specifically with AI and ML applications.
Proficiency in a tech stack that includes Node JS, Python, VueJS, React,
Angular, Langchain, Llama Index, Cloud Environments: AWS Cloud and/or Azure,
Figma and/or Whimsical.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with foundation models GPT 4, LLaMa 2, Claude and Bard.
Knowledge or experience with market tools : llama index, unstructured,
LangChain etc.
Involvement and awareness of the ConTech (construction technology) space is a
benefit and will accelerate your success as a team member.
