Spire Labs is the core developer of Spire network. Spire is a zk-appchain
network on Ethereum optimized for onchain consumer apps, enabling a wide range
of developers to create their own appchains as Layer3s on Ethereum. It is
designed to offer native cross-rollup interoperability(atomically), vertical
composability, and Appchain Staking — a new monetizing flow for app
developers.
Contributors to Spire comprise a diverse team located around the world. We are
remote-first and periodically hack together in real life alongside developer
conferences such as Devcon.
We are deeply passionate about enhancing the Ethereum ecosystem's

As the Head of Engineering, you will lead our engineering team and spearhead
product development. Your focus will be building a tech stack with which
people can spin up L3s as easily as deploying smart contracts.
No PMs or unnecessary meetings. We will keep this muscular and efficient team.
**What are the role responsibilities?**
* Participate in the design and implementation of L3(rollups/validiums) SDK and proof aggregation network
* Leading the engineering team to ideate, design, implement, and deploy Spire tech stack
* Represent Spire at conferences and events
**What skills do you bring?**
* Extensive experience in a software engineering role shipping production code
* Experience writing Rust and WASM
* Passion for writing clean code
* Deep knowledge of Ethereum and rollups/validiums (preferred)
* Enthusiasm for the rapidly developing blockchain ecosystem (preferred)
