As Beamer’s **Director of Demand Generation** , you will report to the CEO as
our first-in Marketing leader. You’ll be responsible for setting the growth
strategy, defining campaign and funnel tactics, and setting a foundation for
major growth in 2023 and beyond!
You’ll work closely with the CEO to align on priorities, but some of your
initial responsibilities will be:
Own the demand generation marketing strategy and build the roadmap to hit our
goals.
* Build and lead a team of internal and external resources.
* Build performance dashboards and report regularly on our top marketing KPIs.
* Develop collaborative partnerships across the organization to identify, launch and refine demand generation strategies.
**Your background** :
* You are a customer obsessed marketer with deep roots in demand generation.
* You enjoy early stage challenges and have taken a SMB SaaS product from single to double-digit ARR growth.
* You have a track record of achieving revenue goals in SaaS or Software environments.
* You’ve previously owned budgets, led teams, and managed external resources.
* Data is core to your DNA. You speak, understand, and utilize it fluently.
* You have a growth mindset and approach challenges with curiosity and an intent to learn.
* You have a bias for action > words.
* You’re an owner and an executor. You’re highly strategic but can flex into the weeds while you build your team.
