**Job Description**
As the Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for leading our
customer success initiatives, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring that
our customers achieve their desired outcomes. You will play a key role in
shaping the customer success strategy and fostering long-term relationships
with our clients. You will own the post-sales process for Playground
customers.

**Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement customer success strategies and plans for onboarding, activation, renewals, and upsells.
* Lead and manage the customer success team to achieve targets and goals.
* Monitor customer health metrics and implement strategies to improve them.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales teams.
* Provide feedback to the product team regarding customer needs and potential enhancements.

**Qualifications**

* Proven experience in building customer success teams
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop strategies based on insights.
* Experience with customer success software and CRM tools.

**Requirements**

* 5+ years of experience in a customer success, and have managed or built customer success teams in the past
* A passion for customer service and problem-solving.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

**Compensation**
The annual salary range for this position is $106,000 - $172,000, subject to
standard withholding and applicable taxes. Job level and actual compensation
will be decided on factors including, but not limited to, individual
qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including
skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role),
market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline,
and the range for this role may be modified.
