Prentus is the all-in-one success platform for universities and bootcamps to
boost and track job outcomes. We are building a fair, fast, and fun job search
experience for every student using AI, community, and gamification. For our
school partners, we give them a single platform to run end-to-end career
support and build a student-first experience that drives both hires and
enrollment.
To date, we have partnered with over 20 outcome-focused bootcamps and
universities and helped over 23,000 job seekers using our platform. Now we are
entering hypergrowth (doubling our ARR this quarter) and need a 3rd employee
to help us fill the gaps to enable us to scale. This role is for someone who
isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and do the dirty work. Some tasks you
would tackle include:
* Bring our product documentation up to date so we can optimize support with AI
* Write communications by email and social about the latest in our product
* Interview existing customers to uncover and systematize best practices for school partners
* Build case studies on our successful customers and work with our web developer to publish
* Host webinars and grow our community/fanbase of career services professionals
MUST HAVES for this role:
* 1+ years in EdTech or genuine desire to make an impact
* Great at copywriting (no boring, AI-generated text)
* Experience in early-startup customer success, marketing, or operations
* Ambitious go-getter looking to level up in their career quickly (you want to be C-Suite one day)
* Friendly personality, happy to get on camera (you will be chatting with customers & creating content after all)

* Our team is 100% remote within the US and will scale as a remote team too
* You would be the 3rd employee on the team. We are planning to be at 6 employees by the end of 2024.
