**Company Description**
Zime.ai is a pre-seed funded company based in the Bay Area, California that
helps sales leaders scale their sales teams. At Zime.ai, we're disrupting the
SAAS landscape with our cutting-edge GenAI technology. Our mission is to build
an AI-CRO (aka brain of the sales org) and then drive actions & results across
GTM org.

**Overview:**
We are looking for an early-stage team member with a strategic mindset to
build Zime.ai with the early design partners. It would involve building
relationships with clients, building their success plans, aligning
sales/CS/product, & ensuring we meet revenue targets. You will build playbooks
& executional levers to ensure success amidst all chaos and unknown-unknowns.
It would also involve staying ahead of the genAI innovation curve and be a
category leader & market leader.

**What you will do:**

* Outcome: Expansion revenue - Renewals & expansion in current clients. Build relationships with clients, understand their need beyond the current scope, create expansion opportunities and align product/cs teams to deliver the same.
* Outcome: Best in category - We get to PMF faster with quick iterations - Document and iterate Product-Market Fit (PMF) by analyzing competition, client needs & what it takes to build category leadership. Accordingly set PMF direction & 6-12m roadmap.
* Outcome: Execution rigor - Analyze funnel leaks, develop slides for objections, and provide feedback to product and marketing teams. Build playbooks, executional rigor & predictability in the org.
* Other GTM roles as company and role will keep evolving. Hands on work, esp for the first 30 clients. Then you will have the opportunity to build a team under you and grow fast with the company.

**Apply if:**

* 4+ years experience in SaaS GTM for US clients (Marketing, Sales ops, product marketing, inside sales, CS)
* Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze sales funnel and identify areas for improvement
* Can understand customer mindset and communicate to win customers (short, simple, & outcome oriented communication)
* Loves early stage chaos & learning. Hungry for fast growth.
