### **The role**
Growth — and therefore this role — is a top priority for Metaview. We’re in
the early stages of building the Hiring AI Co-pilot category, so customer
awareness, education, and acquisition are vital. The Growth Marketingn Manager
will take the lead on various initiatives to drive these outcomes.
**That means:**
* Set a fierce pace for testing new growth hypotheses.
* Identify target audiences and where they spend time. Understand how they learn about tools and services, and how best to influence them.
* Execute awareness and engagement programs on social media (esp. Linkedin). Paid, earned, and organic.
* Lean-in to and level-up collaborations with the right industry partners.
* Own the roadmap for making sure our website educates, inspires, and converts prospects.
* All of the above will be achieved based on high-quality analysis, and will result in step-change optimization.
Of course, there’ll be more. We’re a startup and we expect our rate-of-
learning to continue to be breakneck. This means you also need to be
adaptable, and excited by ambiguity.
### **You**
* 4+ years hands-on experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, preferably within a Product-led go-to-market motion.
* Fanatical about growth, and relentlessly resourceful to make it happen.
* Attention to detail. You know that quality of execution is crucial for any growth experiment. Without quality execution, a growth experiment is not valid.
* Highly analytical, with pre-existing knowledge and intuition for the data that enables us to draw insights and make decisions quickly.
* Your trajectory so far in your career has been exemplary, and now you’re looking for a career-defining, breakout role.
