### **About the Role**

Heard is seeking an experienced and data-driven Growth Marketing Lead to join
the team! In this role, you’ll manage and own optimization of existing paid
channels, identify and test new growth channels, and scale the marketing and
analytics infrastructure to run and measure campaign performance. You’ll have
direct impact on the company's growth by helping us build a repeatable,
scalable and sustainable strategy for acquiring and retaining customers.

* Lead Heard’s growth marketing initiatives from strategy to execution, identifying growth opportunities, driving channel optimization, and owning the performance marketing budget
* Manage and optimize our paid channels including search, social, display, and retargeting ads and test conversion rate optimization tactics for Heard’s website to support acquisition efforts throughout the funnel
* Identify, test, and validate new growth channels (online and offline) such as email marketing and direct mail
* Build a culture of data driven experimentation to understand the tradeoffs between channels to maximize ROI
* Setup and manage marketing tools and analytics infrastructure (GA, GTM, Looker) to enable effective measurement, attribution, and forecasting of growth marketing initiatives
* Create dashboards and reporting to share growth marketing KPIs with leadership and stakeholders.
* Work cross-functionally with our Brand Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to successfully launch campaigns that drive new customer growth
* Over time, build a world-class growth marketing team that will become an essential pillar of our company’s growth engine

### **About You**

* 4+ years experience in a data-driven marketing role with demonstrated impact on driving efficient revenue and customer growth, ideally for SMB-focused SaaS products
* Proven ability to scale a portfolio of marketing channels through rapid experimentation and manage large marketing budgets with deep expertise in paid acquisition/performance marketing
* Highly analytical and data-driven with experience working with marketing measurement tools including multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solving ambiguous problems creatively, and assessing risks and tradeoffs
* Strong communicator and collaborator, using storytelling and data to share insights and influence decisions with stakeholders
* Experience building a growth marketing team is a plus
