APM Help works with local property managers to become the best property
managers in their local area.
This primarily starts with cleaning up their property accounting/financials
(for their landlord clients) and then we take over as their scalable
accounting function. Beyond accounting, we've expanded into insurance,
finance, credit, workflow automation, and pretty much everything back office
that doesn't require a human to be in-person.
We've bootstrapped to $5M ARR and have been fortunate to grow based on word of
mouth/referrals and some conferences. That unfortunately doesn't scale so
we're looking for our first marketing hire to help us scale growth & lead gen.
What we THINK we are looking for:
* You've been at startups in a marketing/growth function in the weeds doing the actual work.
* You've had objective success taking specific channels from 0 to "we should throw money at this"
* You're now in a more management/reporting role where you still oversee channels but are working with leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and "we need $XXM cus we can make $XXXM" for fundraising.
* 5-8 years of experience/tenure but not required. If you're managing managers, you're too high level for us at this time. If you just got that long overdue promotion but your startup is going to run out of money and you still have some fire left in you to help us start from scratch... would love to chat! =)
