About the role:
Thistle is excited to welcome a Growth Marketing Analyst to our Data team.
Reporting to the Director of Data, this role is pivotal in shaping and driving
the strategic vision for all aspects of growth marketing. As the Growth
Marketing Analyst, you will apply data-driven decision making to optimize
Thistle’s marketing performance locally by channel and globally across our
entire portfolio, leading the charge to expand our customer base and enhance
brand equity.
How you'll make a difference:
* Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that aligns with Thistle's business objectives and brand values.
* Analyze and interpret data to measure and understand campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights, translating findings into actionable growth strategies.
* Design and drive a marketing experimentation roadmap to optimize acquisition performance, including but not limited to tests of creative, audience targeting, promotional offers, bid strategies, and cross-channel budget allocation.
* Partner with our Marketing organization to develop creative as well as compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and reinforce brand positioning.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to determine appropriate key metrics, performance goals, budgets, and long-term growth plans.
* Act as a thought leader within the organization, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations in growth marketing.
Who you are:
* 5+ years of experience in a senior growth marketing role, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies with $10mm+ annual budgets.
* Demonstrated applied data analysis skills, with coding and A/B experimentation experience preferred.
* Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of marketing channels and techniques, with a focus on digital marketing.
* Demonstrated understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and brand strategy.
