**Job Description**
We are on the hunt for a visionary Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead the
scaling of our early-stage products, Fleek Platform and Fleek Network. You'll
have considerable autonomy in shaping and optimizing our marketing and sales
funnel, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across
multiple channels.
_Responsibilities:_
* Craft, execute, and continuously evaluate potent marketing strategies tailored for Fleek Platform and Fleek Network. Your focus will be on rapid customer acquisition, retention, and expansion across diverse channels, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
* Actively monitor revenue performance, diving deep into analytics to identify areas for improvement and influence executive-level decisions.
* Champion A/B testing to turbocharge campaigns and customer touchpoints, aiming to foster brand loyalty.
* Collaborate closely with the product team, using performance data and feedback to guide product enhancements.
* Utilize growth hacking techniques to uncover and lead scalable customer growth avenues.
_Qualifications:_
* Proven track record in a growth marketing role, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced tech environment. At least 2 years of experience.
* A natural affinity for data with the ability to interpret and leverage it for significant business gains.
* Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, data analytics tools, CRM systems, and contemporary digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Demonstrated success in conducting and applying A/B tests and other data-driven marketing techniques.
* Stellar communication skills, capable of constructing and presenting clear, persuasive, and actionable insights and reports.
