Role Overview:
As a Growth Executive, you will be at the forefront of our mission, driving
the expansion of our client base. You will be responsible for identifying,
engaging, and converting potential clients ranging from funded tech startups
to established Fortune 500 companies venturing into new product domains.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in the emerging tech and AI sectors.
* Engagement: Set and conduct meetings with CXOs, VPs, Directors, and Heads of potential client companies.
* Maintain: Utilize CRM tools to track and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients. Develop and implement strategic plans for identifying and engaging high-potential leads.
* Sales: Present the unique value proposition of Presspool, ensuring potential clients understand the unparalleled service we offer at scale.
* Market Analysis: Stay updated with emerging technology trends and market dynamics to tailor your approach and maintain Presspool's edge.
* Feedback Loop: Continuously gather feedback to refine and enhance our offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
* Proven sales experience, preferably in the tech sector. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to evolving market conditions.
* Quick learner with a genuine excitement for emerging technology.
* Ability to adopt new tools that are implemented into the sales process.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and communicate with key decision-makers.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Compensation:
Commission-only structure with no ceiling, ensuring unlimited earning
potential based on performance.
